Return Exchange and Shipping Policies

O N L I N E    R E T U R N    P O L I C Y

We are happy to issue store credit or exchanges. 

All sale, seasonal, crystals, records, and apothecary items are final sale.

All apparel and accessories merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with price tags intact and attached upon return to us.  We have the right to deny store credit if the item(s) returned do not meet our policy requirements.

Free exchanges are offered for full price items and are dependent on availability.

Please reach out to us at team@fineoside.com about your exchange. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will follow up to figure something out for you.

Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.  We recommend you send the package insured and with tracking as we are not responsible for missing packages. 

Upon receipt of the merchandise, the new item will be shipped upon availability, or store credit will be emailed as a discount code.
